About Logar Home Construction
Founded in 2017 by Mohamad Rahmanzai, Logar Home Construction was built on a passion for construction, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to serving clients with integrity.
Mohamad earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and later completed his Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University. While working full-time at TD, he pursued his passion for construction by taking on projects during evenings and weekends. In 2024, after years of balancing both careers, Mohamad made the decision to leave the corporate world and dedicate himself to construction full-time.
Today, Logar Home Construction is a custom home builder specializing in quality craftsmanship and personalized service. We build approximately 8–12 homes each year, intentionally keeping our workload manageable so we can give each project the attention and care it deserves. From the initial planning stages to the final details, we take pride in creating homes that reflect our clients’ vision and expectations.
